How to resolve Citrix Certificate Error:
You may receive the follwoing errors if you are not using the latest Citrix client. Please follow these steps to resolve the problem.
PS. The following will only work if you are an administrator on your machine, if not you may need to contact your IT Support to assist you.
PC Users
You will need to install the latest Citrix Workspace client after removing any previously installed clients.
- In Add/Remove Programs remove all Citrix clients which may include Citrix ICA client, Citrix ZenApp, Citrix Receiver and Citrix Workspace
- Restart the computer
- Download and install the latest Citrix Workspace from https://www.citrix.com/en-gb/downloads/workspace-app/windows/workspace-app-for-windows-latest.html
If Citrix Workspace asks for a email/server address when it starts up just cancel this and then go back to your web browser and try logging in as usual via https://portal.bcc.qmul.ac.uk
Mac Users
Download and install the latest Citrix Workspace from https://www.citrix.com/en-gb/downloads/workspace-app/mac/workspace-app-for-mac-latest.html (OS X 10.5 or 11)
